My Third Week at MyBenz

The pressure and tension due to tiredness has already lingered in every muscles, but I'm still strong to go through another few more weeks. No pain no gain, huh? But this is more about experience than pain. Nothing in this world is easy when you wish to gain something. The more you wish, the more pain you will go through. But the gain will heal the pain.

Okay back to my day at the workshop. Today, a customer who drove a Mercedes E series came in. First of all, the car need to be register and any complaint or remarks must be taken down and noted in a job sheet.

THE JOB SHEET AND REGISTRATION SHEET

The owner of the car wanted to do a millage service and check the problem regarding the steering. Starting with servicing the car, the old engine was drained out from the engine and the nut washer was replaced. Then, the gear oil also was drained out and the gasket located at the gear oil pan was changed.

STEERING COLUMN

Next, replacing the steering column rubber bush. The old rubber bush needs to be replaced since the owner encountered a few problems relating to the steering control and movement. We found out that the steering linkage rubber bush cover was torn.
